The ECHOPPE Association respects the privacy of internet users and strictly complies with the laws in force regarding the protection of privacy and individual freedoms. No personal information is collected without your knowledge. No personal information is transferred to third parties. Emails, electronic addresses, or other personal data received by this site are not exploited and are kept only for the time necessary to process them.

ECHOPPE collects your personal data, as the data controller, for the purpose of managing its donors and donation collection. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of the ECHOPPE Association and on the fulfillment of legal obligations to which the Association is subject, as provided by the French General Tax Code regarding the issuance of tax receipts.
